Shipping
We currently offer:
Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate
Express Shipping — $15 flat rate
Custom orders are handmade and require processing time before they ship. Ready-to-ship items will usually leave sooner since they’re already completed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BrittBratts Wonders is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and shipping cost for your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Because BrittBratts Wonders items are either custom-made or sold as finished Ready to Ship pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items or Ready to Ship items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue caused during creation, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can review the issue and make it right.
Please Note
Handmade items may have small variations that make each piece unique. These are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
